 S & PC Consulting LLC is a family-owned company founded in 2018, led by Mrs. Cooley, the matriarch of the Cooley family. What began as a single consulting and training venture has evolved into a feral, bold, purpose-driven network of businesses, united by service, strategy, faith, and a shared sense of purpose.

 

 We are current and retired first responders, small business owners, training experts, animal rescuers, investigators, and creative builders, working together to turn lived experience into lasting impact. Our collective work spans public safety, wellness, public safety education, investigation, community care, and strategic consulting. Each venture we launch is deeply personal and grounded in real-world need, shaped by our belief in faith-forward leadership, rural resilience, and unapologetic authenticity.

Feral Notes: A creation in approximate 2012, of Samantha Cooley, that has evolved and grown over the years. Some women find themselves in middle of storms.  Samantha Cooley, (that's me) unraveled, gracefully feral and fiercely free. Feral Notes isn’t your average devotional, blog-turned-book, or sweet little memoir tied with a bow. It’s a collection of raw reflections, tangled timelines, and sacred chaos. It’s for the ones with rosaries in the glove box, iced coffee in the cup holder, and cassette tapes still tucked in the back of a drawer somewhere, because we lived it, survived it, and are finally starting to talk about it.

 

These notes began as daily writings, journal entries, and late-night ramblings, self-reflection, healing, and growth from a Catholic Gen X wife with ADHD, a trauma history, a rebellious streak, and a backbone built in public service. It became the written version of the conversations I wished someone had with me when I was younger, when I was raising kids alone, burying family members, rediscovering faith, and choosing to heal out loud.

 

Some entries and pages will make you laugh. Some might sting. And others will feel like sitting next to your best friend on a porch swing, whispering the things no one else dares to say out loud.

 At the center of it all is Feral & Floral Family Farm, our flagship venture, which began in the fall of 2025. This is an urban farm with long-term goals of buying a larger property in Yamhill County. Currently, we operate on our urban farm. However, we are more than a farm, it’s a declaration of nourishment, healing, and humor. Our focus is on producing freeze-dried, holistic soup kits crafted from clean, locally sourced ingredients. These shelf-stable kits are designed for real families seeking health, flavor, and comfort with a little feral flair. While our wildflower and roses are available for purchase as well our handcrafted goods add rustic beauty, it’s the food that drives the mission, feeding hearts, bellies, and hope. 

 

 We proudly partner with local farmers to source ingredients and are committed to uplifting regional growers, rural economies, and women in agriculture. The farm reflects our deep respect for the land, our love of good food, and our belief that sustainable living starts with intentional choices.

 Pause for Paws Foster Co. is our nonprofit arm, dedicated to supporting dogs in transition-and people who love them. Born from professional experiences, this foster -based initiative offers temporary housing, transport coordination, and community support for dogs facing displacement. Whether it is due to housing insecurity, family emergencies, or shelter overflow, Pause for Paws steps in as a compassionate bridge between crisis and forever homes.

 This work isn't just about animals, it's about people, dignity and second chances. We believe that fostering saves lives on both ends of the leash.

 Looking ahead in 2027, we will launch Game Knight, a creative tabletop gaming hub, experience built for community, nostalgia, and connection. With curated game nights, immersive role-play events, and shelves filled with story-driven tools of fun, Game Knight will be a gathering place for laughter, imagination, and belonging. Because not all healing happens in a classroom or kitchen, sometimes it happens around a game board.

 

 From trauma training to soup that hugs you back, from fieldwork to fantasy campaigns, each branch of S & PC Consulting LLC is a reflection of who we are, what we’ve overcome, and what we’re building for the next generation.
