S & PC Consulting LLC is an umbrella company that owns several family-led ventures grounded in faith, service, hard work, and unapologetic authenticity.
At first glance, it may seem like we have a lot going on, and the truth is, we do. Maybe that’s the Gen X mindset that taught us to adapt, overcome, and figure things out as we go. Maybe it’s a lifetime of curiosity, creativity, and refusing to believe people have to fit neatly into a single box. Or maybe we’re simply as feral as our brand suggests.
The reality is that we are not just one thing, because life has never required us to be just one thing. We are investigators, instructors, writers, entrepreneurs, farmers, creators, problem-solvers, and lifelong learners. Each venture reflects a different piece of who we are, but all are built on the same foundation of integrity, service, and purpose.

Through Empower PNW, we equip professionals with practical, experience-driven training designed to improve safety, confidence, and performance.
Through Feral Mobile Notary, we provide dependable and flexible mobile notary services when and where you need them.
Through Feral Notes, our blog and publishing platform, we share stories, lessons learned, resilience, faith, and the occasional reminder that growth often comes from life’s most unexpected chapters.
Feral Notes is also home to author Samara Chase, the pen name of Samantha Cooley. Her debut book, Good Girl, Don’t Say a Thing, is the first installment in a four-book series exploring family, generational cycles, resilience, healing, and finding your own voice. As well as the beautiful and hilarious friendships along the way.
Through Feral & Floral Family Farm, we’re building a wild little legacy rooted in family, creativity, and a love for simple things. From rose gardens and hand-poured candles to freeze-dried foods, seasonal goods, and whatever feral idea takes root next, we’re creating products that bring comfort, beauty, and a little country charm into everyday life.
